AKS Insurance & Taxes LLC, its affiliates, and wireless carriers shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the SMS messaging program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Carriers participating in this program include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation is subject to change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our SMS messaging service and all services provided by AKS Insurance & Taxes LLC. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their participation in the SMS program.
By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AKS Insurance & Taxes LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
